Meet Your Instructor: Alice

Alice is a Sheridan College Classical and 3D Animation graduate and a former Animation Professor at Conestoga College. As a veteran industry professional, she has animated for major studios on hit series including Walt Disney’s Gargoyles, Warner Brothers' Waynehead, Arthur, Rugrats, Babar, and Franklin the Turtle. 

Beyond the screen, Alice is an internationally published children's book illustrator who has illustrated over 20 Franklin the Turtle books and pioneered the first 3D Augmented Reality children's book in the Czech Republic. ​​​​​

Paul:  Czech-born programmer, educator, and the co-founder of SheepDog Animation Studio. At the studio, he teaches students 3D computer modeling, 3D printing, coding, and game design, while also maintaining the facility's collection of antique cinema projectors and historical cameras. Beyond the studio, Pavel designs and constructs custom animation stations and armatures for school boards and postgraduate educational facilities. His diverse educational work is backed by extensive industry experience as a former R&D prototype fabricator and designer, where he programmed manufacturing equipment and developed components for the aerospace, medical, and automotive alternative-fuel sectors.
